Challenge
Revamp product and branding concept for a new venture in Downtown L.A.’s “Restaurant Row”, being created by a new hospitality partnership.
Created strategy and tools to turnaround a failed initial fundraise, resulting in raising $750 in 6 weeks.
Drive new limited partnerships as part of a new fundraising effort.
Solution
Revamped the core business product strategy and branding concepts.
Eliminated the costliest aspects of the original concept that yielded the least ROI.
Devised a new business and branding concept leveraging the exploding popularity of American craft beers.
Redesigned and rewrote the Prospectus used to solicit Limited Partners/funding.
Result
The second fundraising round reached our $750k target in only 90 days, with an additional $400k in funding offered.
